Postby supergt1971 » 21 Jan 2013, 06:27

This morning i witnessed at tennyson ave two stupid drivers jumping the red lights at the crossing with laying snow and not ideal conditions the first races through at speed and the second about five feet behind with just a port-hole sized circle wiped out of the snow on his windscreen!Brainless!

That's because they are knuckle-dragging, brainless idiots... who never seem to come to any harm themselves, but through their irresponsible actions, inevitably cause harm to other people.

Not an excuse but that crossing is reported broken (keeps cycling to red - maybe button is frozen in?) at http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/311097

I'm shocked. I would say "Darwin at work" and shrug but if a train wipes them out, or they bend the barrier, the disruption will be awful and/or the poor driver will have to deal with running over a muppet.

Unfortunately driving like that is commonplace these days Supergut. I know of a town south of London where after 11pm at night in a Tesco's car park it turns in to a scene from Mad Max.
