For sale: eMachines ER1401 computer

Postby warwound » 17 Jan 2015, 13:27

For sale is my eMachines ER1401 mini computer:

(That's a stock picture not the actual item).

You can find out more about the ER1401 on Google:

The ER1401 is a compact low power computer ideal for basic tasks - browsing the web etc.
It can also be used as a media centre computer.

Specs are:
  • AMD Athlon II Neo Dual-Core K325 CPU.
  • 4GB memory (upgraded from the original 2GB).
  • 250GB hard drive.
  • nVidia nForce 9200 graphics.
  • HDMI and VGA outputs.
  • Gigabit LAN and built in wifi.
  • 4 x USB2 ports.
  • Built in memory card reader.

The ER1404 can be desk mounted using a desktop stand or it can be attached to the rear of a TV using the TV's VESA mount.
I've had the ER1401 mounted on my TV so have the VESA mount, i am not sure where the desktop stand is, i suspect it's in my loft.
If anyone shows any interest i'll try to find the desktop stand.

The ER1401 is is good condition, there's a few slight marks to the trim from where i opened the case to upgrade the memory from 2GB to 4GB but these marks are very slight and not really noticeable.

I have installed an unactivated copy of Windows 8.1 Pro, the ER1401 can be seen booted and working.
You will need to either activate with a Windows 8 Pro or Windows 8.1 Pro key or install your own operating system.

I'm in Lynn town centre, if anyone wants to see the ER1401 booted and working that can be arranged.

Looking for £35 but open to offers.
