Yep. They make great fire pits desira. I posted a picture of a giant Bay tree on here a few weeks ago that I was taking down.
Every thing eccept the main trunk and large branches was burnt up in one. And we had baked spuds cooked in the ashes. :)
I do not want thanks for any research I am able to help out with. I just love doing it.

Only seen that photo as yet our son has mounted it on legs .
Did you see I found Sidney ? he is the son of your Mum's sister Rose. Should have searched nearer home.
