Moving away from King's Lynn where is this event happening and what was the year? :santa

I cannot remember the year, but I was working on the harbour at wells and actually saw it there, or it could have been mister Noah, but it does not look like its made of gopher wood. EWW.

Yes I thought it looks like Wells Harbour.
Looking at the people in the photo it looks like the date could be around the early seventies?

It is Wells harbour and it was January 1978.I was a young lad standing in the crowd.Merry Christmas to all. :santa :santa :cheers :santa

THIS IS WELLS, A RATHER LARGE BOAT WENT THROUGH THIS
BREACH IN THE BANK AND TOOK OUT ONE OF OUR HIGH VOLTAGE
POWER LINES, IT TOOK FOUR OF US NEARLY A WEEK TO GET
SUPPLIES BACK ON.
