In your User Control Panel (just under the board index) and then click on Board Preferences. Date time will show.
I do not want thanks for any research I am able to help out with. I just love doing it.

Have you set it to Summer Time (DST) is in operation now. If you have not set that and tick the yes box, then refresh the page.

I noticed that the time does change when I open a new page but it doesn't move on if I don't refresh or change page,I've set it so:

[UTC] Western European Time, Greenwich Mean Time
Summer Time/DST is in effect:
Yes
My date format:
The syntax used is identical to the PHP date() function.

It should automaticaly reset itself once you have ticked the boxes. You could try this way..click on the clock numerals on you screen and change the
zones and time there. Once done shut down and then reboot forum.
