Metal detecting permission

Postby j0nezsy » 15 Apr 2018, 13:46

Good afternoon,

I have lived in King's Lynn for over 15 years and have recently started metal detecting on beaches.

I know it's a long shot but I was wondering if anyone owns, has access to any land, or knows somebody I could speak to about getting permission to metal detect.

It doesn't have to be large areas of farm land, gardens, fields and paddocks would also be great.

Many thanks in advance.

Link to the club for enthusiasts. Kevin is a nice fellow and he will give you the lowdown. He does a lot of photography for the local
papers so you may know of him. I bought my detector off a Lynn club member who lives in West Winch and he has cabinets full of
stuff he has found over the years. Myself I just stick to the beach for a bit of fun with the grandkids. Still hoping for the big find though.

Brill thanks for the info. I've spoken to somebody from the club on Facebook and will be attending there monthly meet.
