Tulip Fields, Narborough

Hello,

Does anyone know where the fields are? We drove around Narborough this morning but couldn't see any. Many thanks.

Didn't know Narborough had any tulip fields.
You should head out to Spalding where tulips are grown for export around the world
try everything once, if you dont like it once is enough

In 2012 Platschu posted some great pictures of the Narborough tulip fields but he has taken
his pictures off picasaweb so we have lost them. His post is still there but no pictures as the link
is broken.
I do not want thanks for any research I am able to help out with. I just love doing it.

Head out of Lynn on the A47 as if you were going to Swaffham. Just after Middleton you will see a sign for a right turn to the Waste Disposal Tip. If you look to your right there you should be able to see the tulips in the fields from the road.

I suspect you can access them by taking that right turn which is East Winch Rd.

They were still in bloom as of today as I drove past.

I do not think any around here are open to the public but you have to take pictures from the road.

I may be wrong about that though. The only ones I know of are at Spalding in Lincolnshire..

EWW - Thanks for the info. Is the one in Spalding open to public? If yes, do you know the name of the farm or post code? I will be driving from London so want to make sure that I know the exact spot.

Thanks for your help

Sure. Thanks. I will try and find a contact number for them to see if they allow public access.

Thanks again!
