Acknowledging replies

Postby Tresagreen » 18 Sep 2020, 13:15

Maybe I am turning (or have already turned) into Grumpy Old Woman, but I find it really annoying that some members of the forum, can't be bothered to acknowledge when people reply to their queries. We don't expect effusive thanks or gushing gratitude for the help given and most members are polite enough to at least say if they found the information supplied helpful. Good manners cost nothing. Rant over !

I bet both you ladies still hold hands with your GOM when you are out for a stroll like star crossed lovers. You know you would not do without them
and they are the centre of your universe
I do not want thanks for any research I am able to help out with. I just love doing it.

I don't. He walks to quick for me so is inclined to pull me .I prefer to walk under my own steam but it is getting hard going when hips & legs aren't willing especially after all this time spent at home.
