Hi Ann, :D If you are having trouble because that help thing needs updating and is a bit over complicated, we could do it a bit at a time here.
If we keep it in the open (not PM) then it might help others, what you think?
I am guessing you know how to get your pics off your camera and on to your PC?

Maybe you will sort it yourself but the first thing to do is open a free account with Photobucket where you can upload your pics for linking to the forum. You can also use Photobucket to show your pics in emails to family and friends till we sort out how to put them in emails proper.

If you are game, then first join Photobucket by clicking on the red 'JOIN NOW' button here - http://www.photobucket.com

Once you have joined go to this page at Photobucket which gives a tutorial on how to upload your pics - http://tutorials.photobucket.com/tutorial_3.html
If you have any trouble understanding the tutorial, just ask. If you feel it is all gobbledegook then maybe we can try to sort it out a different way. 8)

This is one image from the tutorial, notice the '(options)' thing to click on (note, you can't click on it in the turorial). When you have read the tutorial go to your photobucket account but before you upload any photos click on this '(options)' thing in your account, when the options page opens put/click a dot to the left of where it says 15" screen ( 800 x 600 ) ,, (that is, if the dot is not already in that section) and then click the SAVE button near the bottom of the options page.. This will make your pics a good size for the forum.

That is step one. :smt056
Step 2 is real easy. :smt045 But I'll wait till you are happy with getting your photos up into the bucket.
