The following years' issues are now available online at the British Newspaper Archive: 1871-3, 1875-1889, 1891-2, 1913, 1915, 1918, 1924, 1938-9 & 1942. No idea why so many years are missing. I was looking at issues from 1898 on microfilm at Lynn library just a few days ago.

All years between 1869 & 1944 can now be found at the BNA, with the following exceptions: 1870, 1874 & 1936.

Hi, just to update/clarify - as of today, 5 Oct 2021, the Lynn News content stops with the 15 Sept 1944 issue, so 1944 is missing about 3 1/2 months. That's for both the BNA and Find My Past (actually, FMP uses the BNA so no need to check both but BNA search mechanism is better, IMO).

Frustrating!
