I have posted many pictures of the interior of the C/Hall and some showing victory dinners. This one comes from one of the C/Hall threads
showing a trade fair. Was like this with the glass roof when I first started going to dancers there. It was like it right upto the restructioning
of the Hall into a theatre.

Hello mate. If you want to post more than one using the attachment system all you need to do is hit the UPLOAD ATTACHMENT button and
BROWSE your picture files and select one. DOUBLE click on it and it will jump into the box at the bottom and hit, ADD THE FILE. Once you
have done that you will see under the file you have just loaded it will say PLACE IN LINE...hit that and once done scroll down to the upload
attachment button again and start over. One thing to remember is that if you want the files to appear in a certain order IE 12345 you
must start with 5 and then 4 and so on as posting 1 first will show it last on the forum.

I am sure you have loads to post so better get cracking mate

PS do not forget to put text in before you start attaching.

Still confused. Are you uploading from your PC photo files or from Imgur or similar?

IMGUR.COM is a good one to use and its free. Very easy to use and to set it up to the forum standard of 800x800.
Once you have uploaded the pictures you want to IMGUR it asks you if you want to post it to a forum. Its a simple
copy and paste as many pictures as you want. I use FileZilla which has to be paid for.

I will nip round again if you are having trouble Nuggets as you are just round the corner. Jeff lives a bit too far away I think.

Thanks Nuggets for the excellant interior shot of the Sommerfeld & Thomas building posted under 'Another Pic' This is not the building shown in my original post. Although there is very little of the roof truss to be seen in my picture, the rafter and bottom tie come together at a gusset plate just before they enter the brick wall. On the S&T building the rafter and bottom tie bolt to the stanchion while still about 18" (?) apart.
As the group picture and a cricket(?) team picture posted earlier, were from the same source - a family from Middleton with connections with Walthamstow, I have sent both pictures to the Family History society that covers Walthamstow. I am ever hopeful that, the larger the group, the more people out there may also have a copy, possibly with something written on the reverse!! So far this assumption has been proved 100% wrong.
