are you in touch with any of the lads ,or lasses.
I only seem to meet people at funerals now, last one was Tom Watts.
I was talking with Gillian about the good times we had and the community spirit which seems
to be missing these days.
A lot of them have moved away , I lived in Germany and Greece for a time but I'm back in the UK now at Grimston
Which end of the street were you?
Give me a clue.

Remember these Hall View Roaders Bob..L/R back David Nash, Mrs Nash, Peter Nash, Mrs Watts, Gillian Watts, My Mum and my sister Linda, L/R front..Forgotten name, Linda Nash, Jane Madgwick, Me (mick sayer), Robert Collinson. This picture is about 1952.. :)

Are there any timetables existing for when portions of Fairstead were built? For instance, the generic houses near Nisa and McColls look a lot older (1960s-70s I'd guess) than the houses towards the north-eastern portion Winston Churchill Drive.

I remember Peter Nash (we once did a wheelbarrow race together at the Howard School) and also Gillian Watts..
