OLD 60's kings Lynn band members needed for DECEMBER 15th

Postby tristanlong » 09 Dec 2012, 17:46

Hiya, my band the YESTERDAYS a sixties tribute act are playing a one off special performance at the Maids head in Lynn next saturday 15th December. It is billed as a tribute night for celebrating over 50 years of music within the Maids Head.
We are playing a 2 x 45 minute sets, our singer Andy pelos is also Showaddywaddy's singer and as we are all massive sixties fans and love the old stories and tales of the Maids in the sixties we thought it would be a great idea to have some of the fantastic musicians of this great time to play some tunes with us.
We have a DJ playing 60's tunes with his record decks and telling a few stories in between, I have messaged Colin Atkinson and Rocky Brown, any one out there could help, please get in touch with me.

Tristan

Sad to see that Colin has passed away. Quite fitting that the wake for him is being held at the Maid's Head.
I am sure lots of old times will be talked about the bands that appeared there over the years and Colin's
involvement with the local scene.
I do not want thanks for any research I am able to help out with. I just love doing it.
