Catalytic Converter theft

My brother in law has had the cat stolen from beneath his 4x4 pickup truck, so anyone out there (particularly with 4x4, that are easier to get under) the scrap metal boys are stopping at nothing

I suppose he's lucky in this day and age that they didn't take the complete vehicle. My last car was wheelie binned and completely burnt out at three in the morning by a female nut case who was tagged for 14 months before walking away from the court Scot free because the CPS decided to offer no evidence in spite of the fact that the police caught her and got a confession. At least your brother in law has most of his car left, although that doesn't make it right

Whilst I appreciate what you are saying, my message was more of a warning of what scrap metal thieves are getting up to now.

Yes, I realise that, however I am saying that you are not safe anywhere these days. At least there was a point to stealing the cat, there was absolutely no point at all in torching the car of a complete stranger. Driving past Watlington church in the bus this morning, I see they've been after the lead again. Nothing is sacred.

You are not the only one bill I have had other members contact me.
Will have to look into seeing what is involved in removing the colour
palette all together. :(
I do not want thanks for any research I am able to help out with. I just love doing it.

This Forum has been running along nicely for over seven years now. In that time we have had the Good the Bad and the ugly plus a few idiots as the membership has grown, but they all had one thing in common, they conformed to good old Black and White text. But as with most things in this life there is always one dissenter who wants to be different and green pen unfortunately is ours. If we as members decided to take a vote on keeping the status quo you all know how I would vote, as would most of you I think.
If I had known at the time who the gentleman was who kindly opened the main door for me at True’s Yard this morning I would have told him so.

Don't forget to change his name to "black pen" at the same time

I mean it wouldn't seem right if he remained Green Pen writing in black

I also noted the poster with the ginormous pink letters. Nobody seems to have jumped up and down metaphorically :smt026 about that?
