Was woken up at 1.00 am ....by Terrible rumbling...

everything in the house was shaking/rattling ...

it was quite scary :oops:

Yes I felt it too :omg I was at work.

yea woke me ,then you could feel slight wobbles ,supposed to have been one of the strongest in uk for quite a while.

I slept through it, normally I'd wake at a pin dropping but I never even heard my dogs bark....and I assume they would have done.
My 5 kids aged between 5 and 13 never heard anything either......I'm quite disappointed though, I'd like to have been aware even just to tell any future Grandchildren about it....but then if I had heard/felt it, i'd probably have been petrified and prepared to die, lol

I slept through it also and feel like I missed something. :( Talking to friends it seems to have been quite a thing, even causing one of them to fall out of bed. :shock: I think they must have been sleeping on the edge. :roll:
